Professional Search Methodology

  1. Consultant meets Client to discuss position & develops job specification
  2. Consultant develops target list of industries and companies
  3. Consultant conducts research to identify potential candidates.
  4. Consultant assesses whether candidates’ professional qualifications and personal characteristics alignment with the position requirements.
  5. Consultant presents qualified candidate confidential report, including education, career history, compensation and consultant’s analysis
  6. Consultant conducts reference checks on the selected candidate
  7. Consultant facilitates offer negotiation & acceptance
  8. Consultant follows up with Client & successful Candidate on a periodic basis

  5. Client receives candidates’ confidential reports & meets with shortlisted candidates
  6. Client is provided with feedback on the reference checks
  7. Client develops compensation package and works with Consultant on the offer
  8. Client provides feedback on Candidate’s job performance
